Episode 8: Our Childhood Was a Lie

As kids, our parents, grandparents, and any elder would tell us universal ideas and pass them off as truths. Sleeping with your hair wet meant we would go crazy; going to college meant you were guaranteed a high-paying and stable job. Some ideas were harmless and are now comical to think about, while others were the mind bombs that completely shifted our perspectives. In episode 8 of “CRACKING THE COCONUT,” we talk all about the silly and serious things our elders have told us growing up.
